1. Scope
These terms govern your use of lunchmo (the "Service"), provided by Cyberneura. By using the Service you agree to them.
2. Accounts
The Service requires a Cyberneura ID. You are responsible for your account and must not let anyone else use it.
3. What you record
Places, visits, verdicts, photos and comments are yours to enter. Do not enter anything you do not have the right to, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
4. Your records are private
What you record in the Service is visible only to you. There is no feature for reading anyone else’s records and none for publishing your own. If either is ever added, these terms will be revised first.
5. Location
Your device’s location is read to give the map somewhere to start, when you press the locate button, and when you record a place. It is not read continuously and no trail of your movements is kept. You can refuse location access in your device settings, and the list screen still lets you add places and record visits.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, infringe the rights of other users or third parties, or place excessive automated load on it.
7. Changes and interruptions
The Service may change without notice. It may be interrupted for maintenance, for failures, or when a service it depends on is unavailable.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is. No warranty is given as to the accuracy of place information, fitness for any particular purpose, or the preservation of your records. Cyberneura is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Third-party services
The Service uses third parties for map tiles, weather and sign-in. Part of the Service may stop working if their terms change.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
